The Open Library RC was presented in National Library after S. G. Chavain of Mari El Republic. The event for librarians was made by Wikimedia RU director Vladimir Medeyko and Wikipedia activist Dmitry Rozhkov. The attendees were informed about new legal and technological instruments of open access and Wikimedia RU projects aimed to provision of open publication of works of science and culture, and received copies of the textbook created as part of the RC.
