The Open Library project was presented in Don State Public Library of Rostov-on-Don to local librarians. Wikimedia RU director Vladimir Medeyko talked about free knowlege and importance of access to it; the second part concering realisation of the project ideas in practice was presented by Wikimedia RU member Dmitry Zhukov.
