Urals WikiSeminar 2016 is the first International forum dedicated to Wikimedia projects in the languages of the Urals region peoples, as well as issues around creation and distribution of free knowledge.
It's organized by «Wikimedia RU» NP. Working language is Russian.
The event will take place on 23—26 September 2016 (Friday through Monday) in the city of Izhevsk.
